加纳, 洛莉

  洛莉·安·加纳(Lori Ann Garner)博士(密苏里大学-哥伦比亚校区)著有《构建空间:中世纪早期的英国口头诗学和建筑》(Structuring Spaces: Oral Poetics and Architecture in Early Medieval England, the University of Notre Dame Press,2011)一书,系“口承与书写的诗学”系列丛书之一。此外,她还就盎格鲁-撒克逊的符咒、古英语诗歌《朱迪丝和安德列斯》、中世纪英语中的不列颠传奇(Brut)、中世纪颂歌、《贝奥武夫》的现代改编、口头传统的教学方法, 以及中世纪史诗和传奇中的谚语等问题发表过文章。她与斯科特·加纳(Scott Garner)一道受邀主编了《口头传统》学刊特辑《约翰·迈尔斯·弗里纪念文集》(总26卷第2号),同时她也是该学刊的现任副主编。她在罗德学院(美国田纳西州孟菲斯市)任英语助教,讲授的课程涉及古英语和中世纪英语、英语的语言史和结构、以及民俗与口头传统。
